This product operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow up to 72 hours after your order has been processed for Cawnawyn to send your video file downloadable link and natal chart PDF directly to your email. Once you receive your confirmation email that your order has been processed, you will receive your recorded reading from Cawnawyn within 72 hours. The 72-hour Waiting Period occurs after the order is placed, NOT when the time slot is selected in the calendar. This calendar disperses readings so the production time remains manageable. Cancellation Policy
Please allow up to 72 hours after your order has been processed for Cawnawyn to send your video file and natal chart PDF directly to your email. If you wish to cancel this recording, contact Cawnawyn directly at cawnawynmor@gmail.com. The cancellation request must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Order refunds within 12 hours of the booking may be requested. Recordings canceled or rescheduled after 12 hours of placing the order, or any attempts to cancel the order after you have received your recording, you automatically forfeit your payment. In your product email, you will receive a link to download your screen recording of Cawnawyn narrating through your natal chart and a PDF of your natal chart. You have up to 60 days to download this link to a personal device from the link provided. After this time, the file is subject to deletion to conserve digital space for Cawnawyn's business purposes. If you have trouble using the downloadable link, please email Cawnawyn directly at cawnawynmor@gmail.com, and we will find an alternative method of sending your digital recording. Please Note: This is NOT a physical product! Cawnawyn is NOT setting up a 1:1 appointment with you through this service!
